Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

DESCRIPTION

We seek a qualified Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of growing marketing efforts in the southeast. Your primary responsibilities would focus on proposal production and online content management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with lead-tracking and pre-marketing activities

• Design and generate graphics

• Compose and manage online content

• Assist with management of website and website materials

• Manage brand standards

• Maintain marketing and business development database

• Nurture relationships with clients

• Develop and produce responses to RFQs/RFPs and pre-qualifications

• Provide resource outlines and project profiles

• Develop and assist with production of marketing collateral

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to gather facts about a subject either through research or interviewing people and develop a non fiction narrative that clearly and effectively articulates the facts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience writing, proof-reading and editing

• Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and assignments

• Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working within the A/E industry in a similar role

• Experience in graphic design

• Understanding of the A/E industry and marketing fundamentals
