The firm prepared a grading and drainage plan for use by the owner for Indigo Run ARB approval. A site plan was generated showing both original and final grading contours at a minimum of 1-foot intervals spot elevations at appropriate locations and drainage details (direction of flow arrows, pipes, catch basins, swales, etc.) to clearly show the proposed final grading of the site and its drainage pattern so that no storm water runoff would be directed to adjacent properties.
