Lance H. Francis, P.E., S.E., LEED AP, PMP
As a founding Principal of Nandina, Inc., Lance is an experienced and highly skilled professional engineer with over 30 years of experience and leadership in management, business development, strategic planning, project management and design in the telecommunications industry. He is adept at overseeing multi-disciplined teams of staff and consultants on telecommunications projects requiring the coordination and management of engineering services throughout the U.S.

Justin Kesselring, P.L.S
LAND SURVEY MANAGER
Justin Kesselring brings over 30 years of experience in directing, monitoring, and performing surveys for a variety of government agencies. In that time, he has monitored the safety of crew, served as the point of contact for the client ensuring the project is on schedule and within budget, oversaw field crew while monitoring monitored the accuracy of field data and maintenance of field equipment, assessed and documented site conditions, and completed construction layouts, boundary surveys, topographical surveys and as-built surveys. Justin currently serves as Land Survey Manager for Nandina, Inc. in the firms Hilton Head Island office.
Jeff Drake has more than 29 years of experience in the engineering field, having worked on both public infrastructure and private development projects of varying sizes throughout his career. He currently serves as Regional Director of Nandina, Inc. in the firm’s Augusta, Georgia and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina office locations, and is responsible for civil and site engineering for the Southeast.

Christopher has more than 40 years of experience in the civil and environmental engineering field as well as being a professional land surveyor having worked on both public infrastructure and private development projects of varying sizes throughout his career. He joined the Nandina team in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina office location.
