Nandina provided oversight of Motorola sectors construction partner for completion of infrastructure construction for 58 sites in Los Angeles County.  Responsibilities included coordination of MSI and partner resources to achieve civil construction completion ready for equipment installs, liaison activities with customer governance and member authorities and preparation of close out documentation to achieve project close. LA-RICS is a joint power authority serving 10 million residents in over 4,000 square miles. Land Mobile Radio System includes Digital Trunked Voice Radio Subsystem (DTVRS), Analog Conventional Voice Radio System (ACVRS), Los Angeles Regional Tactical Communications Subsystem (LARTCS) and Narrow Band Mobile Data Network (NMDN).
