The firm was responsible for site design and construction documents for a nine (9) lot townhome development. The project required a boundary and topographic survey to prepare the site design and construction documents. The construction documents required a City of Aiken, SC Development Permit Application, a City of Aiken, SC Grading Permit, a NOI Application form and C-SWPPP for SC DES Bureau of Water. SCDOT driveway permits were also required for each driveway.
